We are seeking a Sales Leader who desires to lead with integrity, develop others, and help build a strong, unified team.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership position focused on developing people, strengthening culture, and improving performance.
You will guide the daily direction of the sales team, helping team members grow in confidence, communication, and consistency. This role works closely with ownership to create structure and maintain a culture built on respect, accountability, and servant leadership.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the daily activity and direction of the sales team.
- Coach team members to improve communication and closing effectiveness.
- Help team members grow in confidence, consistency, and professionalism.
- Run structured sales meetings that bring clarity and alignment.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as follow-ups, pipeline health, and close rates.
- Build systems that create structure and consistency.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members.
- Encourage a positive, encouraging, and accountable team environment.
- Lead by example through integrity, discipline, and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $95,000 - $140,000 per year (Base + Performance Incentives).
